Sumit Jain

Sumit Jain was born deaf & mute. But his passion for Cricket led him to Cricket Ground. Sumit Jain along with his peers founded Deaf Cricket Society in 2012 which was later rechristened as Indian Deaf cricket Association. Sumit Jain is also President of IDCA & Treasurer of international body DICC board committee, which is mainly governed by Board of Directors who are nominated by each Member Country. Sumit’s mission is to nurture Deaf & Mute cricketers and motivate them to excel and make a space for themselves in society. In Spite of his disability Sumit has been able to make a strong nationwide connect with state associations and other NGOs to promote Deaf & Mute Cricket not only in India but also in other countries.
