John David


Mr. John David Endala, born in Andhra Pradesh, is the General Secretary of the Cricket Association for the Blind in India (CABI) and Director (Global Development) of the World Blind Cricket Ltd. He has been playing an Important role in promoting & developing the game of Cricket for the Blind across India & globally. Apart from development of the game internationally, Mr. David works with 30 State affiliated blind cricket boards from the Grass root level. He has also been playing a key role in organising the Blind Cricket Tournaments, at domestic as well as at International Level.

Mr. David himself is partially visually impaired, and has been one the most successful coaches of Indian Blind Cricket Team. After being appointed as the Head Coach of the Indian Blind Cricket Team & Chairman of the Selection Committee in 2010, Indian Blind Cricket Team has won 2 T20 World Cups (2012 & 2017- held in India), 2 ODI World Cups (2014 & 2018 in South Africa & UAE respectively) and the T20 Asia Cup in 2016 held at Kochi, along with numerous other Bilateral Series both home & away. Mr. David has been playing a key role in promotion of Cricket for the Blind in the United States of America, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka.
